“This is the most customer-obstructive company. Emails a renewal Notice Christmas Day, un-supported by confirmation of information ???. When phoned about now un-competitive 1/3 premium increase, insist on going through excessive questionnaire, all un-changed, to afford a review, I am courteously affording them. Nothing heard further ... log complaint on their internal e-mail format ... no response ! Cannot contact Sundays, also have terminated in-coming e-mail service, in order to REJECT Renewal. On contacting by phone, still no responses available ? Events speak for themselves !”
