“Already have home insurance. Got quote on line for motor and telephoned to purchase only to be told there was a fee of £15 to do it by phone. I decided to renew on line which was quite confusing. Once completed I clicked the prompted chat option to upload my proof of no claims which asked for Autonet Ins reference and when I proceeded to enter this it wouldn't allow me to do it. I suppose I will have to send it now?!! Won't really know if they are any good until the need to claim arises, fingers crossed it never does!!! Home insurance was a lot easier!!”

“Extremely easy to arrange my insurance renewal online. Didn't have to wait on the phone, the form was automatically filled from the Go Compare website, so for me as a pensioner this was so so easy!”
