“Excellent quite, answered the phone quickly, very nice polite chap whom I could understand without having to ask what they had said again...eg: so many call centre people talk too quickly and if they have an accent then it's difficult to catch what they've said, nothing wrong with accents! 😂”

“I was quoted £240 I was then charged an additional £30 still not quite sure why then I was billed another £30 for a non fault that I didn't declare because I thought it had happened 5 years ago £30 because somebody rear ended me and was completely blameless”
