“In one word, INCOMPETENT. It appears that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Despite providing requested information promptly I was bombarded with e-mails, SMS messages and letters demanding the same information again combined with the threat that they were going to cancel the policy. Needless to say, at renewal time next year I will place my business elsewhere. I really cannot recommend that you avoid this incompetent shower enough. They are truly awful.”

“Stay well clear of auto net have money taken out of my bank account 3 times in the first week we rang them up and was put on hold for 30 minutes on a priemuim rate number”

“Terrible avoid this company should be made to go out of business ,sent emailed documents etc paid full cost then 3months later had fine of £80. from dvla stating i had no insurance made phone calls and emails to autonet and got no reply this as happened to 1 of my relations as well they also stole my money when i had no insurence because of autonet.”

“Terrible company - DO NOT USE they charge £50 to cancel the policy, and if you check the reviews they generally do not pay claims and cancel the policy if you complain! DO NOT BELIEVE the good reviews on here they were wrote by the company itself!”

“Push sales people who talk very quickly to distract from the fact they have added on extras that you didn't ask for. They cancelled my policy after saying they hadn't received my driving licence (which they hadn't asked for) and charged a £96 cancellation fee. I finally cancelled the policy after lots of letters which said I urgently needed to take action to pay the £0.00 I owed them?! They charged me £190 to cancel. Payments were also more than agreed when taking out the policy and seemed to vary from month to month. Avoid this company, I dread to think what problems you would have if it came to making a claim.”

“Renewal quotes are very exphensive. To call and talk to them is very exphensive and now they wont release proof of no claims. Not a good firm to deal with.”
