“my new policy requirements were processed quickly and efficiently with a clear explanation of cover, cost and additional cover options e.g. breakdown. really helpful that you have contacted my previous insurance broker to obtain NCB details to save me the trouble. documentation received by email in good time and clear.”

“Trying to get through at the weekend to arrange car insurance was near on impossible... must have phoned x10 different telephone no's ....either no answer or a recorded message .....Monday , no problem at all , as long as you've got 1 hour to spare ...got put on hold x3 Pretty straightforward though... Thanks”

“Good so far..not had any issues...straight forward communication and no problems with any claims. They leave you alone is what I'm trying to say...once you've paid...you don't get pesky calls or emails regarding anything.”
