“We changed our insurances to autonet and have been extreme pleased with the service offered by them. Their staff were extremely helpful and professional whenever we have had reason to contact them. “By far the easiest insurance I've ever took out. Really quick to complete the application and all the details of my previous insurer and no claims discount could be sent via text for Autonet to verify. Easy, quick and the cheapest premium as checked through various comparison sites.”

“'Twas ok just took ages to sort out a quote cause was cancelled I had to send my ncb in twice cause they never received it and that cost me £86 cancellation fee which I wasn't about made the insurance not as cheap”

“Not impressed. Cancelled my policy part way through as I moved house. Didn't hear anything back in reply to my cancellation email or my request for no claims proof or part refund. The following year they then automatically deducted the same amount from my bank account without my authority.”

Hi Nick, Thank you very much for taking the time to get in touch and bring this to our attention. I can see that you currently have a live policy with Autonet that renewed in May 2016. The policy was set up with automatic renewals, which would have been confirmed at the time of purchase. I cannot see any record of the policy cancellation emails. I will pass your comments on to our Customer Service team and ask them to get in touch accordingly, so that we can check the information that we have on file. Kind regards Nicola

“The staff I spoke to were very good and knowledgeable, very polite and helpful. However, I did think I would have received a Written or official copy of the policy. as opposed to printing 30 pages off the computer!”

In terms of the documents, we do offer a printed version sent in the post for a small charge.
