I am sorry to hear that you aren't happy however it is our process to charge a fee when completing a mid-term adjustment this is to cover the administration costs. “I have had no issues with the insurance itself, my only problem is that going into the second year of the premium the payment date was (inexplicably) moved from the 2nd of the month to the 10th.”

“easy to get insurance with BUT be aware of their finance department. They take 3 payments in the first month your initial payment then a payment with 7 to 14 days after and then again and the end of the month. They are also slow in producing the payment schedule. So be aware before you take out finance with them. I have stayed with them but will be watching my bank account very closely”
