“It was very easy to arrange my car insurance. The cover was excellent with many extras such as breakdown and legal expenses cover included as standard. Would highly recommend.”

“Absolutely disgusting service,didn't contact me about renewal,I rang them up as it was 10 pound more a month and I had no claims also,they said that all insurance companies have gone up in price. I Cancelled to say I would get charged 65 for cancelling,so cancelled,I went online and got a quote from go compare for autonet and it was 9 pound cheaper than the renewal.next minute I get charged 111 pound for 11 days cover from them.a absolutely disgusting -shame on you autonet”

“I was given very helpful, friendly service. The person who dealt with my inquiry patiently and courteously answered my questions and I was provided with a policy, using the same underwriter as a policy provided by a previous company at a considerably lower price. I would recommend Autonet.”

“I have no reason to be unhappy with Autonet in regards to insurance although the website could be improved, I renewed insurance yesterday and got all the way through to the payment screen and read secure transction ' no need to verify further' and then page error. I couldn't get to find out if my renewal was successful or not. No emails or payment out of my bank today, no telephone answer and so I have renewed again this evening. Just hope I'm not insured twice!”

“I Recently purchased a van insurance policy from autonet, at a very reasonable price, The problem is they have not sent me confirmation of the payment and most importantly they have not sent me confirmation of my insurance policy,, so needless to say I cannot drive my vehicle on the road until I know Get confirmation,, so if someone could arrange this I would be very grateful, thank you. paulgeorge74@hotmail.co.uk”
