“When clicking through from a price comparison website, some of the options then needed to be reselected within Autonet page. Furthermore, the contact details page would not accept confirmation of my details. Policy appears to be good value for money so very happy in that respect.”

“Having purchased single insurance already and a renewed annual policy almost at an identical price (rare with other providers), Autonet were fantastic support when making an additional new policy for my wife and providing me with protected discount for her no claims on a new motor. “Good but due to automated responses it can be difficult or frustrating to get through to the right person. If you have a long no claims bonus - their system only accepts 9+ years whereas some other companies accept more than this.”
