“If you are a non-white or have an ethnic name avoid Autonet. Twenty years of safe driving never had any claim or problem with any car insurance, Autonet investigated me like a criminal. It was a big mistake to go with them. They wanted scan copy of everything, DVLA record even my MOT certificates etc, you name it they asked for it. I could not cancel as it was passed the 14 days cancellation period. After renewal, I discovered they reduced my NCB by 7 years, after extensive enquiries they admit making a mistake with no apologies. Imagine reducing your NCB by seven years for no reason and no apology. Avoid Avoid Avoid”

“Can’t get through on the telephone, once past the lengthy answering service they connect call and cut you off...several times over several days. And they don’t answer email Messages either. Almost had my policy cancelled by them as they didn’t process the information I sent them as requested. Never again!”

“very please with the site, due to being hard of hearing it difficult to do this over the phone. I looked at about 5 site and this one was quick and simple , questions was explain if I didn't understand them which comes in handy to anyone. def be using theses again in future.”
