“Competitive quote for my home insurance and easy to arrange online. I took advantage of interest free direct debit but found this a bit hard work as auto net asked for bank details and then a day or two later the finance company asked me for same information. This made it more complicated”

“Quick and easy to set up and by far cheaper than anyone else in the market! I saved myself over £500 by switching from a well known insurance provider to Autonet for the same coverage! Excellent service, Excellent product and will definitely be recommending to others! One happy customer!!”

“Very helpful. But the amount I was charged to transfer my policy from my old car to my new one, was astronomical!!!!! Would have moved companies, but the cancellation fee was more to do this!!!! Will move next year. I insure 3 vehicles with them too!!!!”

“Quick online service but would have preferred a call to tell me that a piece of info was missing rather than an email with the info in an attachment, which I couldn't open right away. When I phoned the helpline though, the assistant was very efficient and sorted the problem straight away.”

“Very good deal on house and contents insurance. Got deal with topcashback so also will get some money back. Documents emailed and posted quickly. Noticed a small error with my name on document so had to ring customer services and the problem was dealt with promptly by a very polite and friendly young man. Cant fault them as yet.”

“i did a quote for my husbands van insurance and you have taken 2 weeks and still not decided if my husband is getting insurance, because he couldnt remember the exact dates of the accidents he had over the last 5 years, you are telling me again that i have to sent an email explaning why he couldnt remember these dates,he cant remember what he did last week let alone 3/4 years ago, and because you are taking so long i cant get road tax and why is my first email not good enough, you are quick enough to take the direct debit, if i knew this i would never of have chosen autonet and i certainly wont be recomending you, this is an absolute disgrace.”
