“Good insurance and everything was fine UNTIL. I paid £5 to have the documents sent to me. Unfortunately thats when things didn't happen !! Following several phone calls [and always being told they were in the post] they didn't arrive for4 weeks !!! way past the start day of my insurance. It has put me off using you again .”

“I was pleased with the price for my insurance renewal even though it was with my original insurance company who I had been a loyal customer Autonet saved me over a £100. What I was not happy with I reported a no-fault claim it asked for aprox date which I give as I was unsure of date. I then received a letter asking for an additional £20 as they said I had too claims. It was obvious that this was the date I had guessed and the actual date. I rang to try and get it amended was passed from pillar to post and I am still not sure if this has been amended now as I have not received confirmation. I feel this was poor communication between my insurance company and Autonet and could have been resolved by one email or telephone call instead of me having to ring listen to music be passed to wrong departments etc etc...... so be careful if inform of a claim it is the correct date otherwise the data base will have claims that are incorrect.”

“Ever year at renewal of my policy I have nothing but hassle. Normally I get emails Asking for proof of ncd which Autonet hold in their own records. This means that I have to ring them which can take ages. This year it was photos of my driving licence and a code from a government website. I would have gone elsewhere but the lady on the help desk was so nice I stayed. If you do any changes to the policy throughout the insurance e year you are charged. I have never had that before. Next year I shall look elsewhere”

Each year, we search our panel of insurers to look for competitive premiums for you. Some (but not all) of the insurers that we work with do request additional information from customers. This helps us to work with our insurer partners, provide competitive premiums and reduce fraud across the industry.
