“Excellent value, exactly the cover I wanted. However, when renewal time came I phoned to enquire new premium ~ cover details etc, and was told I had renewed automatically. As it happens that was fine, and cover was continuous and as required. I then received a renewal letter some 4 days later, followed by new documents etc a couple of days later. Just a bit back to front?”

“I don't need reminding constantly that documentation needs to be submitted, one email or text message will be adequate rather than two of each on a daily basis. My life hasn't stopped just because I've taken out insurance through you, you will get the documentation required but I'm not putting everything else on hold to satisfy your wants”

“I was thrilled to have a very competitive price from Autonet insurance for my car policy especially as my driving experience was as a named driver in my wife’s car I didn’t expect it to be as reasonable as it was and was thrilled. Very simple to follow to and all Done online”
