“Lousy service. Terrible communication problems. Charged £213 for less than a months insurance due to alleged non receipt of no claims proof as named driver. Total policy cost was only £278!!!! Would not reccomend or use again!!”

“Found you through compare the market and found you to be the cheapest that offered the covers I needed. Set up was very quick and the web site is very easy to use. I had an issue which after a quick phone call was sorted straight away. Altogether very happy with the service o received.”

“The quote was very competitive & it was easy to complete all the online forms & submit the proof of no claims. I like the fact that breakdown cover is included as well as European driving cover in the package I chose. It was a little time consuming having to get the code from the DVLA for each driver, I have never been required to do that before by any of my insurers.”

In terms of the driving licence codes, some of the insurers that we work with do request this information. This helps us to work with the insurers and also to prevent fraud across the industry. “The Person I spoke to on the phone was very polite and was very willing to help me after I told him the difference between my renewal quote and the price I found online ( both through auto net) very pleased and will be staying with auto net for the foreseeable future.”

“I had an emergency brake demand and the operator said I would have it in 1 hour...they are now more than half hour delay and so far nothing! I tried to call autonet, waited for 15 minutes and then they just hang up the phone...it's ridiculous...”

“Autonet came in with the cheapest quote for me originally and the have auto-renewed with for a similar price although with a slight increase. I would recommend.”
