“BEWARE. Cancellation fees extremely high! Been with Autonet for 3 years. Cancelled my insurance and got slapped with a £50 cancellation fee plus a £50 broker cancellation fee! Raised complaint, no response in this but now a letter demanding even more money! Beware, cashing in at every point possible! You have been warned....”

“All quote sites are a pain in the butt. This one is not too bad, apart from optional variants to breakdown and "extra insurances" pretty straight forward.”

“Got the best quote from AutoNet with added bells & Whistles. I did look around but found the AutoNet price increased slightly, with others with each different search. I did have a computer crash through the process though”

“BUYER BEWARE - Took out a policy online but realised it wasn't right. Rang over half an hour later and was asked for my reference number. Person said they had to talk to someone and kept me hanging on the line when they eventually came back they said they would not refund money in full but have to charge an administration fee as they now had entered the details on system. I wondered why I was kept holding for so long? They are brokers and do not offer 14 day change of mind that a regulated insurance company would. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM make sure to deal direct with an insurance company.”
