“I took out van insurance at the beginning of May and they request such data as DVLA access codes for all the named drivers, photos of licenses etc which I provided well in advance of the deadline. I then received a notice of cancellation for the policy in 7 days unless they received the data. I called and explained that it had all been sent and they said the DVLA codes had already been accessed and were therefore invalid. So I had all the named drivers do the same again and sent them all off to their unmanned inbox again. I received another notification of cancellation and they cancelled my policy, charging me £80 for the privilege. A lot of time and money wasted running around after their 'computer says no' nonsense.”

“I found autonet using a search engine for my car insurance. I had an internal server error when making the payment. I called next day to see if the insurance application has been received and the customer service agent advised this has not gone through. The customer service agent advised she could do book it for me, which I agreed. The cost raised £15 more, customer service agent fees... Was no.t expecting that..”

“As I am a very new customer, they have yet to prove themselves, especially as my introduction to Autonet through 'uSwitch' was rather unexpected, I was under the impression my policy was direct with L + G not through a broker.”

“Great price for the product and simple procedure to renew. Searched other providers at the time of renewal and Autonet offered me the most competitive price. Swift issue of policy documents and easy to use portal for web based interaction are excellent features of the service. As far as I'm concerned why go anywhere else.”
