“Short opening hours especially at weekend and long wait on the phone could be improved. However good that documents and renewal can be done online.”

“Arranging new car insurance couldn't be easier. The communication was very speedy and efficient, and the company didn't repeat themselves when asking for information which were already applied when looking for insurance on a comparison site. Very competitive when pricing and low deposit meant that I didn't break the bank arranging renewal of my insurance. Definitely will recommend in the future”

“I found Autonet through 'CompareTheMarket.com' - I had looked at other websites for a reasonably priced car insurance as all the prices had gone up significantly in the last year. As a retired and safe car driver with low mileage, the quoted rates on the market seemed atrocious. Autonet was not the cheapest but it covered everything I needed, the website was user-friendly and the price was comparatively reasonable - so I went for it. I hope very much that next year I would benefit from renewing their car insurance through a reasonable offer for continuity and loyalty”
