“Horrible experience do not buy this insurance. Quote suddenly increased by £80 so tried to leave the first day of cover to be refused while very rude staff gleefully pointed out leaving fee £79 plus days insurance cost. Then being harassed daily for proof of no claims copy of driving licence and DVLA code or they will cancel my policy..been driving 31yrs never had such bad service.counting down the days to renewal to leave. Just praying I never need to make a claim”
