“It was very easy dealing with Autonet Insurance, especially the guy at the end of the telephone call , he put me at ease, not being very computer literate everything was all done and dusted quite easily!”

“Had to ring up insurance company cause payment did not go through but they wanted to charge me an additional £15..Did not pay but tried online a week later and got through.”

There is a call centre arrangement fee charged of £15 on polices set up via the call centre, this is to cover the administration costs that Autonet incur. “Auto net Insurance help me from start to finish to get my car same day cover as I am not very good with technology and use on the phone to do myself the staff were extremely helpful polite and very professional I would recommend to anybody looking to take out car insurance”

“Charged £79 admin to cancel a policy!! I had to change my vehicle and Autonet quote was far to high so I requested my policy be cancelled. The cowboys charged me £79 just to click on the policy and cancel it!!!!!”
