“I have taken out insurance and have had to prove a non fault windscreen claim despite ha big evidence of my no claims being intact. Your company wishes to charge me more on my premium despite clear evidence of no claims for more than nine years (more like 20!) It’s unsettling to have this hanging over me when I want to enjoy my new vehicle. Feel like I should have trusted a more reputable company as I have never had this issue before.”

“Happy with the purchase except I didn’t like the additional cost for placing a private plate on the car within the first week of the contract. Doesn’t seem a way to avoid the extra cost when you can’t insure the car in the first place with the private plate on.”
