“My post went missing, I called a few days before due date, spoke to Sam. He couldn't have been more helpful. Sam emailed my information to me, I read all I do on line and renewed my policy saving a further £22.00. No problem. Just waiting on paper copy in post as requested.”

“As always the friendly tone changed as soon as I had paid my premium, within minutes received email saying policy would be cancelled unless they received my driving license details which you must upload.... I have no idea how to upload documents so I asked if I could send them by post which seemed to cause them problems as if no one does this anymore. come back high street insurance brokers all is forgiven.”
