“Took a policy out on the internet still not received documents as requested via email don't even no if I'm insured.not a good start for a new customer.”

“Stacey called me after entering my details on MoneySupermarket. She was helpful and quick at dealing with the quote. I had to give notice on my existing policy so she promised to call me back in 30 days. True to her word she rang back exactly when asked and my policy was ready in minutes. Very happy with the service so far!”

“this company is ok while they are taking your money, until something goes wrong. I owe them money but am on low income and I am paying them a minimum monthly payment when ever they ring me they get quite nasty and threatening on the phone, so today I told them that if they want to get in touch with me again they are not to ring me or email as I don't use email very often I want them to contact me by letter. the person I was talking to someone called rhian sneered down the phone we will contact you by phone its up to you if you answer or not. when I complained about the way they spoke to me before they did an internal enquiry, the result of which was there staff were correct in the way they spoke to me. I refuse to be treated this way but can understand how some other venerable people could be very intimidated by them. absolutely shocking behaviour. this company should be ashamed of themselves.”

“I am happy with the insurance quote I got and with the end product van insurance. But it was frustrating to go through all the details online first and then twice more on the phone. Not to mention all the additional information required to be sent to them after I had signed up.”

“I was pleased with the price although it was not as transparent as I would have wished. However all in all it seems reasonable. It is difficult to say how good an insurance is unless you have a claim. I hope I will not find out!”
