“ALTHOUGH ALL INSURANCE RENEWALS ARE TEDIOUS I FOUND THIS ONE TO BE QUITE ACCEPTABLE AND TO THE POINT AND EASY(RELATIVELY SPEAKING)”

“Not impressed!! Have charged me an additional £41 after agreeing the policy because I had a windscreen replacement on a different car but insured with Autonet. Will not be renewing either car with them when they are up”

“Very poor service and stupid staff. They cancelled my insurance after I made a mistake on something and they just sent me a letter telling me that they were cancelling my insurance. Then the women on the phone asked if I wanted to put my refund towards a new policy.”

“Best quote by a mile, easy to follow website & no pressure on upsell, asks you once only. Some sites you have to say no half a dozen times to move onto the next step. Got price through a comparison website, but checked reviews first and were all very good. Happy to insure through autonet insurance”

“The reason I chose autonet was because it came up as the lowest in my search.i was disappointed with the fact that my premium gone up as I didn't declare a claim that happened in the past. I was at a non-fault and didn't even remember the date so I couldn't declare it but not much I could do. I will give credit to online chat agents as in two occasions they have been quite helpful. Can't say much else simply because I never had to make a claim .”

In regards to the claim when a policy is purchased you are asked to declare any fault/non-fault claims that have happened in the past 5 years. “Easy on line dealings but unfair charges, I was charge an administration fee because I didn't declair I none fault accident I had on a motorcycle 2 yrs previous as I was taking out van insurance , they then asked me to to produce the none fault documentation and no claims which they increased my premiums which I understood then charge me another administration fee ???? In my eyes it was the same issue and should of only be charged once”
