I bought a bluetooth unit for my car in December 2023. It worked fine until May when it just cut out.
I have e-mailed pumpkin on numerous occasions to return the faulty unit but to no avail. They won't even send me a return address.
I have now had to contact my local trading standards to try and get a refund or new unit.
I would have to say the customer service from this company is appalling. I understand that things may break from time to time but I only wanted mine repaired , a new unit or a refund. This company won't assist at all, stay clear would be my advice.”
