“Twice now I've placed orders with the item showing "available" on their site only to get an email 2 days later stating that the item is on "backorder". An update on the website would be nice so a customer isn't having to cancel an order due to the companies laziness.”

“ordered a set of GoJak car dollies and waited. took a couple of emails to get responses and finally got tracking information for the order about 10 days after ordering. then, received items rather quickly after that.
After reading some of these reviews I was concerned. but all turned out well for me, excellent product, fantastic pricing. will definitely order from Auto Tool World again.”
