“Very happy with the service provided by this company. Had a car delivered as arranged, on time and it was in very good condition. The man who delivered it was really helpful telling me a bit about the car and telling me the options for getting it picked up when my own car had been repaired. Everyone I dealt with on the phone were helpful and friendly. Would definitely use again if needed”

“If I could give a zero, I would. Service from Auxillis was rude ("do it yourself" I was told at one point) and unhelpful. They like to do things on the phone - overwhelming you with information and "small print". Car was eventually repaired (at a garage an hour away) - taken away 7 weeks after the accident. Had to have a hire car - brought in from over an hour away! I live in Somerset...with good local garages - one being within walking distance. The garage selected by Auxillis wouldn't answer the phone - taking over 10 days to assess the damage. 7 months after completion, the whole story has suddenly opened up - as, perhaps unsurprising (in hind sight), the 3rd party insurers will not pay the full claim. No wonder when Auxillis wouldn't use any local garage or hire company! Auxillis have asked for permission to look at my financial statements - why?? I have declined that request. Now I being asked to remember details that happened on specific days during the car hire...why?? Clearly, Auxillis are looking to get money from anyone they can - and have me in "their sights"! Remember this was a no fault accident (someone backed into my car when parked). Stay clear of Auxills - they are like the 'jump scares' in a movie. How did I end up with using Auxillis? My insurance company (Admiral) recommended using them. Clearly, not having had accidents over the past 20+ years places you at a disadvantage - these companies are playing for their own benefit, not yours!”

“I was wary in the beginning being transferred to a different company for my non-fault claim. I needn’t have worried. Everything was explained very carefully to me and followed up with emails. I was kept updated throughout and the whole experience was very quick and easy.”
