Excellent service from start to finish. The car was delivered to me and collected exactly when they said it would be. I was kept updated as to progress with my own car repair so that I was aware as to how long the hire car would be with me. Very friendly and professional service.

Excellent customer service from Auxillis, polite & informative staff. Vehicle delivered as agreed, I was contacted via phone prior to delivery to inform of time car was being delivered. Arrived on time & very friendly & efficient deliverer. Contacted via email & phone to inform me of date & time of pick up. Prompt arrival. Very friendly & efficient staff. I would strongly recommend Auxillis.

Auxiliary responded promptly and efficiently to provide me with a hire car less than 24 hours after my car had been involved in a no fault accident. The car was delivered to my home and of similar type to my own car. Once my insurers had made a decision on my car, an arrangement was made to collect thr hire vehicle from our home. Auxiliary were great communicators and provided a no hassle service, for which I was grateful for following a nasty accident.

My Q3 was badly damaged & was given hire of a car through Auxillis via my Car insurance company , I received a Brand New Q5 to use while my car was being repaired , so like for like car hire was actually better than my own car !! Service from Auxillis was perfect & would highly recommend!

Had accident, got lexus hybrid car. Asked change this car because of breaks car slip when trying to stop and this car is very uncomfortable for me after accident my back pain even worse. Not talking about mentally health.. i email them that 80% i will drive in someones car. They nor change my car. And what happened? I slip into other cars back. Reported straight away about accident. 3th day after accident with them car. I called them to get a new car. What happened they not even did a report who I spended 40min on a phone with a lady!! They couldn’t found that report and lady nor gave me a ref number… i did 10000 calls that day. What they did. They transferred me from one to other. And they not offered anything. Because all phone calls was recorded i will get solicitor and we will start a case, im mentally tired to tried to get a car. My health is terrible im crying everyday. Because they dont care about this.. this company is nightmare. If you will get lexus hybrid with numbers wn69avw ask change this car straight away. How they was acting with me and how they not did anything about my situation im not leaving like this. Its was very unfair and very unprofessional

Ashford branch is very poor took me 29 times to get through and when I got through very rude on phone will never use auxillis again would rather use public services

Very organised, staff gave excellent customer service keeping me up to date throughout. Hire car was delivered and collected as arranged. Nice car given as a curtesy car. Brilliant service.

It is impossible to get through to make a claim to start with They have increased my fees claiming I was involved in an accident while I was not the driver and for which the third party has accepted responsibly!

Auxillis initially Efficient yes but the repair garage missed part of the documented and necessary repair. Getting Auxillis back on the phone to help was very difficult and we ended up waiting over 6 weeks for full repair from initial damage. The repair garage, Fastrac, had to be chased up several times to complete the full repair which should all have been done the first time in one go.
