“Very organised, staff gave excellent customer service keeping me up to date throughout. Hire car was delivered and collected as arranged. Nice car given as a curtesy car. Brilliant service.”

“It is impossible to get through to make a claim to start with They have increased my fees claiming I was involved in an accident while I was not the driver and for which the third party has accepted responsibly!”

“Auxillis initially Efficient yes but the repair garage missed part of the documented and necessary repair. Getting Auxillis back on the phone to help was very difficult and we ended up waiting over 6 weeks for full repair from initial damage. The repair garage, Fastrac, had to be chased up several times to complete the full repair which should all have been done the first time in one go.”

“The staff were very efficient in contacting me to arrange the initial paperwork and at every point after that. They were incredibly friendly on the phone, which made the situation (post accident) so much easier. The delivery and collection was quick and problem free and I was notified when the drivers were close, so that I didn't need to wait in for them beforehand.”
