“Overall great experience using them after being recommended by Admiral. Great car, low miles, and no issues with delivery or collection. Long wait times (20+ mins) and some customer service agents can be rude but most are incredibly helpful!”

“I was referred to Auxillis by my insurance company due to 3rd party damage to my vehicle, hire car was delivered within a couple of days, clean and similar model to my own. All staff who I came into contact with where helpful. Unfortunately my car was eventually written off the hire car was collected as soon as my insurers confirmed settlement, sadly I am still waiting on my gap insurers and have now been without a vehicle for a number of weeks, very inconvenient.”

“All went smoothly with repair and courtesy car apart from courtesy car looking pretty grubby inside. It was only 6 months old but didnt look well cared for and I cleaned it with wipes before I sat in it. In these Covid days that was a little off putting. Also had to justify why I should have a car of similar quality to mine. Otherwise fine.”

“Good service provided updated regularly through the process took away any stress of having to deal with it myself. The repairs to longer than usual due to the COVID 19 lockdown which was beyond Auxillis control. The period for the hire car that I was provided ( which was equal to my own vehicle) was extended to cater for this and I was updated accordingly even under the difficult circumstances.”
