This was first class service, Once you fill in Forms, Your hired car will Be delivered the following day, Plus e company. Let have. Your hired car For 21 Days, if required. Then they prompt. I. Collect your hired. Car. Brilliant. Service thank You.

Referred by Churchill. The communication from Auxillis was first class, the agents very helpful, easy to contact and flexible when I needed to extend the hire period at short notice. Brand new car supplied which fitted my needs.

Initially explained the ins and outs of the hire and even after the garage had said my car was ready it was one phone call to extend the hire.

Encouraged to use Auxillis by admiral. Dreadful experience. First representative dropped the call and then didn’t call back. Called Auxillis - on hold for over 15 mins. Called Admiral who put me back through. Told they couldn’t help as I didn’t have a claim reference number from first call (which they ended!!). Now back with Admiral. If given option, avoid this company at all costs. Truly awful

At this most stressful of times the customer service representative dealt with everything in a very calm and assured manner. The car was more than I expected and would definitely recommend Auxillis.

I had brilliant service from Auxillis. Everyone I had contact with either by phone or in person was pleasant and professional. I really appreciated how the delivery driver wore a mask and thoroughly disinfected my car before handing it over to me. I would definitely recommend Auxillis to anyone requiring a hire car

Excellent service, unfortunately my car was the victim of a rear shunt and taken away for repair. The next day I had a call (arranged via my insurance) explaining a hire car would be made available and answered some queries re our needs and insurance etc. A brill hire car arrived the next day which we had for 2 weeks. The delivery driver explained details of the car and expectations on return ,fill tank etc, make sure clean and tidy etc. The car was picked up a couple of days after contacting them (it was a weekend). All in all a brill experience from start to finish 😁

Cant give anything less than 1 star. Awful service. They kept cutting me off on phone calls, also they don`t answer the phone, waiting time is 20 to 40 min`s with that god awful music. I was without a car after a non fault accident, 1st call, they could not find my details after my ins set it to them, after they did was told an agent would phone back. 12 hrs later I called them, and again they have no details. Finally after completing the "paperwork". I was then told they do not know when they can get a car to me. Thier excuse was "due the the current situation". And according to their website, they have over 10k+ cars in stock. I found later the garage that was doing the repairs said they could get me a car the next day to help me out as my partner was ill with cancer and had an appointment in the afternoon. I did mention this to this so called company, but they didn`t care after their cockup. Dont deal with this company, they are not professional and don`t put their customers first. So far with this company I have estimated I have wasted 4 hours of my life sitting on the phone waiting for them to pick up.

One month since my husband’s accident we have received no car. A car was arranged for us 2 weeks ago and mysteriously cancelled at 4:50pm. We have had no explanation or contact from Auxillis despite contacting them twice and going through our insurance company. Absolutely disgusting!
