“Overall very good experience, could probably be a bit better at communication in their own office though. The driver who dropped off and also picked up the car was very good, explained everything to me in detail. Would be happy to use again.”

“Car was delivered on time, new car, clean, driver checked it over with me. It was also picked up on time. Don’t know about cost as this was organised by insurance company. Would be happy to recommend Auxillis to other customers.”

“Same guy dropped off and picked up - very well mannered and courteous. Auxillis were slowpicking the car up due to not being able to drop other cars off but kept us informed and were apologetic”

“The customer service team kept me informed all the way through the period of hire. the delivery and subsequent return were handled efficiently, although the hire car took a bit of getting used to, not driven a hybrid before.”

“They provided me with car replacement vehicle (hire/courtesy car) and they delivered and picked up on time and the process was very smooth. Just that the customer service needs to be well informed on the days the car can be used based on different scenarios. At the moment, they just say upto a maximum of 28 days but the contract can say different conditions based on different scenarios.”
