“I am reviewing the link removal tool. In my original review, I mentioned that the tool broke when I was using it. The company reached out to me and sent a new tool free of charge. It is the same style, with a plastic shaft, so I don’t know how long it will last, but I am giving the company five stars for their customer service, and for the high quality of their watches.”
