“The watch itself is nice, but I was going to have it engraved and decided not to incase I wasn’t pleased with it. So, I didn’t pay for the engraving. They still engraved the watch, which was kind, because I didn’t realize it submitted the text to be engraved when I purchased it. Now Im stuck with an engraved watch I can’t return.”

Although it is very rare in some cases a watch may arrive defective or damaged due to shipping.
However in this case the product was replaced/repaired under warranty.

I ordered my watch and as soon as I placed the order I realized I'd made a mistake. I immediately emailed the company to revise the enscription, literally seconds after placing the order. They basically told me to suck eggs. So...I just won't show anyone the engraving or hope for much customer service in the future.”
