absolutely disgraceful and nightmare to deal with! I am a non customer and have had an accident which was not my fault. the issue has been ongoing for 8 weeks. They are the underwriter of the Halifax insurance no way I can get through them . last two weeks I have been trying to call them every time I wait an hour or two on the phone and the line cut off . I have had nothing but stress and unpleasant experience from the third party team. All providing contradicting information and making excuses to pay out. This has caused a great deal of stress and inconvenience. Disgusting company to work for . AVOID this company at any cost

I am writing to express my frustration and dissatisfaction with the handling of my car insurance claim and the significant increase in my premium. A year ago, my car was hit by a drunk driver who did not have a license. Despite the accident being entirely the other driver's fault, I have been paying almost £300 per month in premiums. Over the past year, Aviva has been unable to obtain the necessary details from the other driver to pursue them and reimburse my excess. As my policy is now up for renewal, I was shocked to see the proposed annual premium of £4399.67. This is an unreasonable increase, especially given that I have already been paying a substantial amount for an accident that was not my fault. I expected better from a company that I have trusted with my car insurance for some time now.

I got a quote for car insurance from a comparison website and Aviva was the cheapest so I was happy to go with the Aviva quote, logged onto website got to the end to pay and it sorry you will need to contact our policy investigation unit, don't know why. I've been trying to contact them all day, with no success.

For over 15 years l have had both personal & business insurance literally spending thousands annually with Aviva and until recently l could not fault them but just recently it has become clear that something is clearly wrong with this organisation waiting on quotes via our broker takes days were before it took just hours l could go on and on so after years of building a good relationship in a very short period they have destroyed this and l will be moving all my business else where.

I have motor insurance with Aviva and faced an accident. The total expierence was nothing less than horrifying. I was stranded near the car for more than 5 hrs before the towing truck came. I kept calling the partner number which Aviva provided me and frankly speaking they were much of lairs who kept me telling the truck will be arriving in 10 min which eventually took 1 hr extra. Calling Aviva customer care is more hectic can calling NHS appointment. Such a poor service. Stay away from this company,

Disgusted, waited for 23 minutes on the number to contact pensions, then to be told that it was a different department (TK), another 15 minute wait, then told that I had to speak to yet another department, 7 minutes later, I was cut off, Starting the process again... I want to leave, utterly awful customer service. Also the method described on their website, to withdraw funds from my pension, doesn't work. :(:(:(:(:(

I tried calling them today and waiting 37m 25s for them to put me through to someone, I had to hang up for a meeting but for the first time I have tried calling them I can say that it was very poor. With that experience, I am not sure I want to stay with Health insurance that cannot even pick up the phone.

Over 12 months ago I was driving along an Open Main Road with the Right Of Way and PRIORITY, when I came to a crossroads where an Inexperienced young lady failed to stop at the Stop markings and pulled out across the front of me, CRASH! I took all the Pictures showing my vehicle on the Main Road, and the Stop Markings on the side road that the lady failed to obey and thus coursed the Collision. My insurance initially tried the 50/50 Default Liability, " CASE CLOSED" and tried to force me to accept Part Legal Liability for the Accident despite being totally innocent. I refused to accept liability and they requested an Independant review of my evidence that also confirmed I was innocent, during this time i complained to the Financial Ombudsman who advised that Aviva have now agreed you are "Innocent" and "NON-FAULT". My car was repaired, and I didn't pay Excess. Then Aviva appointed a Solicitor to retrieve their costs back. Over 12 months later I recieve a message from Aviva's Solicitor, they are not going to pursue the claim against the other Party because Aviva has Reneged its "Non Fault" Discission and the Evidence and their independent Review and the Ombudsman, by making an out of court settlement, forcing me against my Will and knowledge to accept 50% Liability ? So, they can avoid expensive court costs to recover their money. Interestingly they originally wrote off my £10,000 car but they Repaired it for just £3,000. So why did they originally write off a perfectly Repairable Vehicle and send Auto Salvage and Auction Company, "COPART" Wisbech to collect it ? To put up my Insurance Premiums, maybe ?

My wife has been trying to access her pension fun with these clowns for over a year, we recently resubmitted a pile of forms, only to receive another 48 pages of gibberish from them, they are incompetent in the extreme, I strongly urge anyone not to have any dealings with them under any circumstances

Appalling handling of a vehicle insurance claim. Multiple staff members. No one takes ownership. Failed to collect a witness report. Failed to contact police re crime report. 5 months on and the claim just lingers on. Adrian Flux running rings around Aviva. The only thing Aviva have done efficiently is up my premium by 49% because claim not settled. Hideous company. Avoid

I have never been with a car insurance company like Aviva i wanted to ask a question regarding a personal accident if it happened i could not speak to a human just press buttons but none of them applied to my querie. Once my car insurance runs out i will never go to Aviva Car Insurance again and will tell anyone that is thinking of going to Aviva car insurance NO DON`T

Very Bad insurance. Have a policy bine trying to cash it in.keep given me the run around. Keep asking for more information. Give them it then again asking more i had a phone call from India. Saying went more information how much do you need they take the pay money out of you bank. But don't want to pay out. Be aware

Absolutely disgusting company, telling Trustpilot to remove the negative reviews part of commission collaboration. I placed carbon wing mirrors on my M135i they didn’t repair my car. Due to this factor, I’m quite perplexed on how is this a modification it’s not effective in anyway, likewise a tune. Avoid Aviva & Aviva zero , General accident, Quote me happy. Similar colleagues behind the scenes. When it comes to claims protect companies assets no interest for their clients. Taken them to court as a solicitor I’ve managed to succeed in favour with the judge.

Enquired about equity release. Given an estimate which was low. However, a week later we get a phone call with confident advice that we could in fact get more depending on circumstances etc. only to be offered the original very low quote. Do not waste your time. One hand does not know what the other hand is doing! Very disappointing.
