“The online process to complete an application for car insurance took a lot of time to complete, and some of the information provided, such as the Driver's license details, was not stored onto the system. This meant repeating entering the data. Note, Unless you accept the insurance offer quotation immediately, returning the following day one finds an increase to the policy amount.”

“Had excellent service from them when someone caused an accident - they were the other (guilty) parties insurer - they were so accommodating that I renewed with them on my next years car insurance. Sadly they have not remained competitive, so have had to change insurance companies”
