“Under your 2 year warranty, I was able to have my microphone repaired to factory standard. The AZ company was very pleasant to work with and incredibly quick in repairing and returning my equipment. I purchased a new mic and another belt for back up. That order came in a timely manner. While I was on the AVNOW website, a customer service chat opened and the CSR was polite and helpful. I don't remember their name, sorry. Thank you for your professionalism.”

“The customer service I accessed while selecting a new mic to fit my needs was great! My only disappointment was in the manufacturer not providing a carrying case. The previous 2 mics I have purchased in the last 10 years came with cases. The microphone itself is just perfect! Thanks”

“Outstanding customer service! I left my name and number and received a call back shortly and my questions were answered by a friendly & informative representative. Also, my online Q's were answered immediately and that was very helpful in the ordering process. This was my first experience researching & ordering a wireless headset/mic & originally I was apprehensive about the whole process - however the representatives helped me make my decision - and I'm VERY pleases with my product! I've used it 2x already and it worked perfectly, and fit great with the allowable adjustments. Thx :)”
