“I've been a customer of AV Now for a few years and have always had great customer service with them. They offer a great selection of sound equipment at good prices. It is often hard to find good sound and microphone systems for teaching classes but they always have products to fit every need. I've always been happy with products I've purchased from them. “How has AV Fitness made me happy? Oh, let me count the ways. First, when I called I actually talked to a person. Yes, a real person. And I know this will shock you , but they spoke the same language that I do and in a dialect that was understandable. This made me very happy, mostly because I do not know everything about audio headsets and it is even more difficult to understand when I am trying to decipher a language too. Then, as if all of this wasn't enough to make you smile. The person on the phone was knowledgeable, personable and super duper helpful. Not only did he answer all my questions, then he was able to get me to the correct department to order the headset I needed. Thank you!”
