“Service rep helped me select an excellent system and delivery was expedited with free shipping. This would have been a 5 star rating if he had explained how heavy the equipment was. I definitely would have opted for the lighter model despite it having only a one year warranty. However I am pleased with the sound system I purchased.”

“I was hoping to use this mic to teach Jazzercise group fitness classes. I liked that is was light weight and portable. I used it for the 1st time this week. I taught class two times. However, there is no volume. The participants cannot hear me over the music. So very disappointed. Hoping that it can be returned.”

“My mic adapter went out just as my Jazzercise class started, so as soon as I got home I ordered one from AV Now. I thought it would take a week to get to me snail mail, but to my surprise it arrived in 2 days! I was thrilled that I didn't have to yell for another class! Thank ya'll so much!”
