“I’ve only used my headset a few times now. So far it’s great. Doesn’t move around. It stays in place. It’s light and comfortable. Connects easily with my transmitter. I sound clear with it. It’s been great. I’m only giving it a 4 out 5 because I’ve onky tried a few times like I said. I know someone else who absolutely loves it and they have never had any problems with it.”

“Have done really well with head mic purchases and parts, however have not done well with group exercise units, they just don't seem to last well, especially the outdoor units.”

“The company offers great products but client services is poor in general. Ordered two separate items. One of them was not available for immediate shipment, had to wait a week. No one reached out to let me know that the product is out of stock. I had to call in to find out why my order has not been shipped yet. Once my 2nd item became available, both items were shipped at the same time. I received my package within 2 weeks.”

“So far, I’m loving this mic. I have a small ( 13) Parkinson’s spin class I teach twice a week. This is just what I was looking for in terms of hassle free electronics. Since I don’t move around a lot with unit, it’s perfect. But if you’re teaching a class that involves jumping around and lying on your back for certain exercises, then it probably won’t work. ( I speak from personal experience). Great little unit, for such a great price.”
