“The quality of products looks very good but I think some issues must be improved. We get the goods yesterday afternoon 08/02/2022. The delivery address according to my order was different than the office address but the goods were delivered at the office and not at the warehouse. Some of the boxes are damaged (Fotos included) as well as some products. According to my opinion bath bombs and shower steamers, must be individually wrapped in order to avoid damage to the products. Of course, my general opinion is that AW EU is a company with quality products that certainly we include it to our regular suppliers. I found easily what I want on the website. Easy way to finalize my order. P.S. it will be good if we can make an order for goods that aren't available but are expected, and when the goods will be available to inform us in order to finalize them. Kindly Regards, J.Lagana”

“Customer service on the AWGifts side is amazing, Very quick to respond and pleasant to deal with. Bath Bombs are great quality but some of the essential oils are not of good quality. The prices are great and all that but out of about 15 different EO's I ordered, I'd only consider half of them to be actual 100% Pure and good quality. The chamomile, cajeput, Niaouli, lemon, orange and May Chang are all very poor in my opinion, Perhaps that was just my batch though.”

“We have had a good business relationship with Ancient Wisdom since 2005 but Brexit has created logistical and cost problems. So we started to buy from AW Gifts instead. Unfortunately we were unable to establish a similarly good relationship so switched to buying from AW Artisan instead.”

“I purchase 9 bags of Crystals and when they arrived 6 of the Bags had burst open due to very poor packing. I was very disappointed as all the crystals were of different types and they were all mixed up. I took an image of the damaged bags and sent it to AWGifts who kindly replaced the damaged bag within 48 hours.”
