“Disgusting returns service - charge per item to return despite them sending it to me In one parcel - should not be allowed to do this - they are ripping people off - BE AWARE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY”

“Dress was not as was in pictures, fabric too was low quality. But the worst thing about the company is getting a refund. I selected REFUND and NOT voucher. However, I was still refunded a voucher/gift. I have tried contacting customer service/support yet no response. £210. PENDING..... THIS IS A SCAM PAGE. STAY AWAY.”

“Absolutely shocking returns policy. I also will never buy from the company again due to this. Unfortunately I accepted a gift card as I didn't want to loose the fortune it was going to cost me in returns. I've just bought another dress trying to use it up, I'm returning this as it's really cheap quality and now find I can only have a refund on my gift card despite being happy to be charged to £5.95 robbery returns postage. The company should take note of their reviews or will have no customers left.”

“I returned to AX outlet by mistake should have been AX Paris . 2 miles apart outlet says this happens all the time it’s no problem . AXParis say they can’t or won’t do anything about it. Apparently that send items back and forth all the time because this happens . So annoying”

“I tried to return an item but they said it was outside of the returns policy. The policy is wrong. I have been on the www.gov website and it clearly states that you can return within 2 weeks of receiving the item see below a screen shot of www.gov I Online, mail and phone order sales Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty. Sales of this kind are known as ‘distance selling’. You must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told you. You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason. I will continue to report this terrible breach of the law until they give me my refund”

“Never ever order of here again the returns policy is absolutely shocking sent a qr code but can't access it sure this is on purpose then had to pay 2.50 processing fee 5.95 return fee plus delivery stay away from this company”

“Will never order from this company again, returns portal didn't work so had to pay for my return which was £4.30 plus was then deducted £5.95 x 2 from the refund for 2 dresses I returned. Absolutely disgusting. Thought AX Paris were a reputable company but they are a con.”

“I will not be ordering from this company again. Trousers came extremely creased charged £5.95 to return them, having had to pay to have them delivered. Wish I had read the other reviews before I ordered. AVOID AVOID AVOID”

“Ordered 2 dresses for a wedding which started delivery in 5 working days but they arrived on the 6th day so was too late for the wedding. I returned both dresses in 1 small parcel and was charged for each item so it cost me £12 to return!!! Disgraceful!! And why charge per item and not per parcel??”

“I ordered a dress for a wedding and it was too big. Trying to return this they want to charge £5.95 after paying £3.95 for delivery that’s cost me £10 just to try on a dress. Ive never had to pay delivery and return fee on anything I’ve preferred before. Even if you arrange your own return they still charge you £2.50 for the privilege of returning. Avoid avoid avoid this company at all costs.”

“Their return policy is 14 days after you PLACED the order online, and not after receiving the goods. I don't think this is legal. I tried to return some products and offered me a voucher instead as the return window closed. Such a scam.”

“Cheap clothes and expensive. Brought a dress for £40 and they won’t refund the money. They said on the terms and conditions it’s a voucher only!! Cowboys. Is this even legal?”

“Absolutely appalling..... I ordered a dress 10 days ago on next day delivery and there is no sign of it... no email on updates ... Trying to get hold of customer services is like trying to get hold of the king. 😀... seriously thou avoid this company at all costs.”

“I was appalled that this company not o ly charge for a delivery but the also charge to return the item and add an xtra charge on. My dress cost 17..99 I paid 20.99 The poor quality wrong sizing when I returned the item refunded 10.99 This is an absolute rip off and needs to be highlighted . Needless to say I will never be using this company again”

“Disgusting that you have to pay the original shipping plus return postage for anything you return. I ordered 2 size 10 dresses as I'm always a 10. They absolutely swamped me & dragged on the floor. I sent back only to be charged £12.90. For the incoming & outgoing postage.”

“I returned my purchase as the material was cheap and not worth the money. My refund was given but not for the value I purchased at. Deductions as follows:- paid £41.75 Refund £35.30 . When queried I was charged £2 50 admin fee for sending by my own carrier and then the discount I was given at time of purchase £4.20 was also deducted. Refund given £35.30 - which is still incorrect. How can they deduct the discount? Surely what you actually paid for the goods should be refunded.”
