“ Avoid! I probably don’t even need to write this review to help others as the previous reviews are pretty bad! How embarrassing for this company… I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and because I was a few days over the returns policy, they will not give me my money back (£200) How bad is that? Terrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommended them at all. ”

“ This company are robbing us. Placed an order to be deducted a high price for returning plus delivery cost even with student discount. For the high prices they charge, returns should be included. Plenty other online stores to choose from. Avoid. ”
