“I invested a total of $743k on a binary option platform after several weeks i tried to make some withdrawals to my bank but the withdrawal wasn’t successful, i quickly contact the platform costumer care via email and phone number they provided in their contact info but didn’t get a response from them that was when everything started looking weird. I contacted them and they promised to help me get my money back asked me some info about the company i invested with which I provided. “When I lost my Bitcoin worth $65,000 to scammers, one of the many contacts I found turned out to be the perfect person for the job, though it took me months to recover mentally after being duped, it never occurred to me that the lost bitcoin could ever be retrieved but I guess my instincts were wrong at the time, after reaching ( lisaellzabet 662 @ gm ail . com ) and giving every detail regarding the transaction with the scammer. “I regularly order from ASOS, misguided etc so I’m aware of the quality of less expensive fashion but this is such poor quality, the colours, materials, shaping of the items. I opened the bag and wow I’ve never seen such poor quality all in one bag. The colours were awful, the material was cheap and the fit was shocking. Thanks but no thanks”

“Ordered 2 dresses which were both nice but sent one back which cost 60EUR, I paid 9EUR for return at post office (as they don't have free returns) and was refunded 52EUR instead of 60EUR. When I queried this, they advised that as it was a part of a free deliver promotion (the order was 128EUR in fairness!) that they then deduct the delivery fee from the return for Europe (I'm in ROI) so I think that is really unfair on international customers when I had already paid to return the item so it cost me 17EUR to send it back in the end so I won't be in a hurry to order from them again when the likes of Boohoo can offer you free returns and very small delivery fee!”

“Read the POOR reviews before ordering from AXParis! Thankfully I only ordered one top which when arrived looked different to the picture! Was too big so returned it. I didn’t realise I had to pay to return the top, thinking it would be 2nd class but got charged £5.16. I won’t be ordering from this firm again.”

“Terrible returns policy. You end up out of pockets as you pay for shipping and returns. Sizing is not true to fit so wouldn’t recommend”

“You get charged £3.50 for postage. I returned item and was charged over £7 for this. How is that fair? Won't be ordering from here again.”

“I have used AX Paris once and i won't be using it again. I bought a dress to go on holiday, the material was quite see through so i sent it back. I got an e-mail around 5 days later saying they had received my return and here is your gift voucher. I e-mailed back to say i don't want a gift voucher i want my money back, lots of e-mails from me to their customer services with no response. I have checked their returns policy online and this is what is says: I definitely will not be buying from this company again "If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item/s to us in their original condition with the labels attached within 14 days of receipt. We will then issue a full refund. Any orders returned after the 14th day will be issued with a voucher upon receipt of the return for the item cost to spend on the web site. Any returned Sale items will also be refunded via a credit voucher to spend on the website. Shoes can only be returned if they have not been worn on a hard surface. Shoes must be returned in their boxes. Jewellery are non-returnable items. Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is in place and has not been broken. Sets of two-part items, such as bikinis or suit sets of any kind must be returned as a complete set.”
