First of all, the website, the sign-up, the functionality is clear and understandable for everybody! ... i transferred money to Colombia which was done fast and easy. I made a mistake in the description of the receivers name and so the receiver could not get the money. It was just a minor thing but the receiver wasn payed out by the bank. AZIMO helped me in between 24 hours to correct that. The AZIMO service was quick, very friendly and helpful ... This is a 5-star recommendation from me ! ... Cannot understand why the AZIMO reviews are rated that bad ? ... That is not realistic at all ! ... KRs”

Peanuts to paupers maybe.... but I foolishly tried to send money to my fiance.... AUD 150 to Indonesia, but important to note , AFTER they take my money, they suddenly need more info , they need my ID.
This I grudgingly give and then an email saying my ID is "approved" (?)
Then within minutes some huge insurmountable and largely imaginary problem arises and they reneg and tell me that the transaction cannot be completed for a variety of idiotic reasons and that my money will be refunded...
Then a day later they tell me in another email my account has been closed and no further correspondence will be entered into...
WTF? Halfwits and head-wobblers I am thinking....

“Hi Guys, be informed that in the last weeks Azimo doesnt work properly, it is long time that i am their customer but in the lats weeks, they dont refund on time, actually they dont refund your money, you need to spend many efforts and speak a lot of time with your bank then maybe your bank can help you, for example my bank in the Netherlands (Ing) saying that we can refund your reservation after 21 days. So, you need to wait long time to get your money back. Azimo just will take your time and try to convince that they are working on your case but it is not true ,just earning time.They will say that please wait and be patient we will solve it, you will wait a lot but in the end they will not solve your issue and you will not get your money back.You will wait fax details which will not help you as well. It is not accepted by bank. So, i am writing here to help and inform you guys be attentive, do not believe this company anymore. Thanks”
