"I did not think I could give myself a shot when I started taking the shots a year ago. It felt like a pinch but did not hurt. I can say that the shots definitely give me energy and I believe they help with keep my metabolism running to keep the weight off. I recommend the shots to all my finds. Way better than taking the pill form of B12. "
