Hi Michael, I have checked through your account to see that the price plan we have recently upgraded you on is the same one that you were on previously but with a newer device. I have checked with the network to make sure this has all been set up correctly and they can confirm it is still on the same plan but unfortunately there was more data usage than there has been in previous months. We recommend making sure all apps are shut down correctly when you have finished using them and any Wi-Fi assist options are set to off. We can move your tariff to one with more data for an additional cost like we previously discussed.
