“I paid extra for overnight shipping on a Wednesday morning and the order did not come in until Sunday night. While I understand it is the holidays and shipping may be slower, overnight should not be offered during this time of the year if overnight cannot be guaranteed.”

“I'm not happy with the fact that I could see so many short pieces of hair at the top of the weft. There was also strings hanging out on the edges of the left that were not secured. The color was not similar to that of what I ordered either. My client has come back for her first move up and had so much madding because of the overlap of hair underneath the weft.”

“Hair isn’t always consistent. Often has pink hues.
Not a good variety of dimensional, very limited for certain clients. They sometimes color well and sometimes it’s a disaster, so makes me very cautious.
A few errors over the years with orders, shipping, and customer service. I find the customer service and timeliness to leave something to be desired.
Tape adhesive is extremely inconsistent. Sometimes they literally won’t come out.
Updated-11-13-24 last order all the packs were different colors! :/ but the “same” color”

“I love the smoothness and ease of application. The tape in extensions stay in well, BUT the blonde highlighted( #12/600) turns pink after 2 weeks! I won't be using them again until that is remedied. They used to last for two months,( one reapplication)
