Good afternoon Emily , You had sent us an email on 14.07 on the 18th of March informing us that we have sent the wrong outfit to you You got a reply from one of our managers on 14.36 on the 18th straight away where she apologised to you immensely for the mistake and sent you a returns label asking you to return the wrong item for a full refund or an exchange You have never replied to that email or acted towards returning the item even though we see the email has been delivered to your email address , so we are quite saddened that you actually had written this review slating our small family business in such an unjustified manner . We humbly urge you to check your emails again and remove this review as it is not accurate or true . Our customers mean the world to us and we do reply to everyone as soon as humanly possible . In your case it hasn't taken us more than 30 minutes to respond and offer a resolution to your problem straight away , please check your emails and do get back to us if you still want us to resolve the issue Nina - Baby Iconic Team
