“Ordered this item on a Friday Morning - free delivery was 3-5 days, next one down offered Expediated (1 DAY) Mon-Sat £3.99 so i selected this one expecting my item on the Saturday as it says "Mon-Sat", i waited in all day no delivery, i messaged on monday to be told this is 1 WORKING DAY delivery....but it DOESNT SAY THAT! apparently it is HIDDEN IN THE T&Cs so i expected my item on Monday, waited in all day, no text no delivery, again Tuesday no text no delivery, Wednesday, NO TEXT item delivered at 2.30 in the afternoon all they have offered is a £3.99 refund for the delivery which when i checked i had not yet received. Apparently its DPD's Fault as they sent the gate all over the country but Baby Security thought i should be the one to chase this up with them as after it left their Warehouse it was no longer their responsibility.”

“I bought the gate as my dog is in for a massive operation on his leg and has to be confined to a small area for a few weeks, it's just the right width, and with the top and bottom locks it is plenty strong enough to hold back an eight stone dog... Happy dog and owner!!”

“I bought avent feeding cups. Quick free delivery, item arrived in good condition. Very happy with my purchase. Would have bought more, but found prices higher than at competitors websites. I was shopping for munchkin cups and toys and they were a fair bit more expensive than anywhere else, which is a shame because the selection at babysecurity.co.uk was better than anywhere else.”

“Ordered extension to gate. Was informed it had been dispatched. The time it stated to arrive went and gone , I contacted them as parcel had not arrived and getting no where with parcel service. The service was absolutely superb they contacted Hermes who had lost parcel . Kept in contact with me and were sending out another extension gate , when by all of a sudden found my parcel and delivered it . Thankyou baby security you where great and very helpful x”

“Replacement bought to replace original gate which broke. Bought a black gate which was far too flimsy and hard to open. So looked for replacement of the original Lindham extra tall gate and found this company. Fast and reliable delivery. Would use them again in a heartbeat.”
