“The baby gate is now up and we used it at our baby and toddler group yesterday, it is brilliant, easy to put up and excellent as it rolls away when not needed, much more versatile than other baby gates we've used. Highly recommend them x”

“Bought gas hob knob safety covers not because I have small children but because my dog can turn on the gas taps. These protect the knob and because they cover them my dog can no longer turn them. Last week one was on for an hour whilst we slept and there could have been serious consequences. So thankful I found these.”

“Transaction went well but I had no info regarding delivery date or even when the item were dispatched. It arrived eventually but the box were damaged which was a little off if I had bought it as a gift. Happy with the product though.”

“Delivery update could be more accurate/clearer. Item was stated as delivered in status update, and as it hadn't turned up I was concerned and called. Turned out it had just been dispatched on the day it was "delivered". At least it had arrived. Product was good.”

“Haven't used yet but goes up really easily, nice and sturdy and larger than a traditional Moses basket which is what I wanted as my first boy grew out of his at 8 weeks hitting the sides with his arms used to wake him up. Mattress is good quality although heavy. I won't be able to carry up and down stairs without dismantling.”

“Impressed. Although the gate only just fitted the door frame, at 71cm wide which made it harder to fix initially, it is sturdy, looks good and easy to open. I bought it to exclude my new dog from the kitchen and like that I can operate it with one hand and choose whether it closes after me or stays open.”

“Order delayed. After ordering and paying for a item in stock paying for next day delivery. Items did not show so I call them to be told it out of stock and will be another week. Should say on website if stock is low not allow people to buy when it's not. After being told another date this came an went an again I had to contact the as they didn't bother to tell me. Another date was given an guess what no delivery. Finaly my item came 13 days late. No phone calls of baby security to keep me updated threw out instead I HaD to phone Dailey to find out what was happening. Great prices but shocking customer service”

“Ordered the lapsi moses basket and stand at beginning of nov and didn't arrive until mid January I rang plenty of times to be updated, and was told 3 times by 3 different people that you would get back to me to tell me what was happening and no one ever did! ( not brilliant when you have a baby on the way and are relying on the item) I'm really pleased with the product but your costumer service was very disappointing I'm afraid.”

“Excellent company to shop with in order my pushchair on the Monday and was delivered on the Wednesday, they also have the option to spread the payments. Lots of different products some a lot cheaper than the shops”

“I ordered a pet gate and paid for next day delivery. Booked half day off to sign it delivery at between 1230-1330. The purchased gate did not delivered on time. I tracked it, I discovered it has been delivered at wrong address. I had to find out where is address from the delivery company as it will only re collected and delivered on Monday the week after purchased. I went to collect it from the wrong address, it did not fit my Audi TT coupe, therefore I had to hire a taxi to deliver it to my property. It cost me money to get the item. Baby security should pay for the item recollection and delivery to my home address rather I pay its delivery twice. I regret that I lost 1/2 day work earning and then paying for it to recollect to my home address.”
