On the tracking information; which has been sent through to you, it shows that this was delivered to your letterbox. “Good delivery etc - was unaware the product wasn’t going to have a UK plug - so ended up having to buy an adaptor before being able to use item.”

“So far not great, order placed on 26th August, text and email received confirming the order. Tuesday 31st August received a text advising that order had been picked and was awaiting dispatch. Nothing since and item still not received. When ordering there was no indication of expected delivery other than “delivery as soon as possible” and to date have still not received any indication of when to expect the item to arrive.”

“My experience was great! I was looking for a suitable mattress for my Chicco baby hug 4-in-1 crib as the Chicco branded one is very thin. I found an organic cotton one on Baby Security for a very good price, with the dimensions I needed. It also stated that the mattress is suitable for the crib I have. The delivery was swift, the packaging was suitable and I feel confident that my baby girl is getting a comfortable nights sleep as well as the support she needs for her development.”
